Use half of a regular soccer field. On both low vertices of the penalty area place a goal. About 35 meters from the goal line, in the middle, create a square of 4x4 meters using the markers, two per color (See the picture). Divide the team into two groups of eight players using the vests. Place four red players in a row in front of the square, and the other four go on the opposite side of the square with their backs to the goal, each of them with a ball. Split white players into two rows on each side of the central goal. The goalkeepers defend the lateral goals.
- To the coach's signal, player A passes the ball to B, who moved inside the square and is calling out a color (In the example the player calls "yellow")
- B, after hearing the color, performs an oriented control towards the side of the square with the markers of the color that has been called and drives the ball towards the lateral goal
- C sprints towards B to prevent him from shooting at goal. A 1 vs 1 situation is set
- B overcomes the opponent C and shoots at goal
- If C recovers the ball the action ends
Players A and B swap their positions.
- Player A, that initially passes the ball to B, can support the teammate during the action. A 2 vs 1 situation is set
- Technical objective:
- Pass
- Ball driving
- Dribbling
- Finishing
- Tactical objective:
- 1 vs 1
- 2 vs 1
- Attacking player:
- Attacking attitude: Drive in speed, simulate pass or shot
- Find the weak foot of your opponent
- Keep ball under control, trying to maintain it under the knees
- Perform feints, but without slowing down the action too much
- Defending player:
- Ask players to place themselves between the opponent, the ball and the center of the goal, reducing the marking distance as the area becomes more dangerous
- Bring the opponent to the outermost parts of the pitch
- Find the weaker foot of your opponent in order to condition their movements
- Choose the right moment to recover the ball
- The foot must be slightly relaxed, with the possibility of cushioning the impact of the ball in order to improve oriented control
- To perform the oriented control it is necessary to control the ball with the inside or the outside of the foot after choosing the direction
- Pay attention to the pass from A to B. It must be executed with the adequate strength, in order to orient the control at first touch
