At 5 meters from the penalty area, in line with the goalposts, make 2 squares of 5x5 meters as shown in the picture. Divide players into 2 groups, place them in line with each square. One player per team, A and B go inside the respective squares. The coach takes place on the limit of the area with sufficient balls for continuity. One ball in the center of the limit of the penalty area.
- The coach indicates the sequence of markers towards which players have to sprint
- Players, competing, must execute the indicated sequence to then get to the ball before the opponent and shoot to goal
- After each completion, the coach places the ball in the center of the limit of the area again
Example
- The coach indicated the sequence BLUE, YELLOW and RED
- Players A and B sprint towards the BLUE marker
- Players change the direction as they sprint toward the YELLOW marker
- A and B sprint to the RED marker
- Once the sequence is done, they sprint towards the ball trying to anticipate where the opponent is going to shoot
- Players must touch with their hands the indicated marker
- Shooting to goal must be done at first touch
