Create a 11x11 yards square using markers. In the middle of two opposite sides place two small goals. Place two players on each corner of the area, each one with a ball. Inside the square place a defender and an attacker.
- The attacker inside the square has to lose their marker to receive a pass from one of the four flank players and shoot at one goal
- If the attacker scores a goal, they take the place of the player who passed the ball, while this player becomes the attacker (the defender stays the same)
- If the attacker doesn't score, they become defender and the defender recovers the ball and takes the place of the player who passed the ball; the flank player becomes attacker
- The attacker has to always call the name of the player from whom they want to receive the ball
- Encourage attackers to perform many countermovements to try losing the marker
- After an action players have to swap roles quickly
