Coordinative circuit with three stations to improve various technical gestures |
Coordination skills, Proprioceptive informations, Ability to pace, Pass, First touch, Dribbling, Long pass |
Create two triangles with sides of 25 meters. Each triangle includes three stations (one for each side). On vertex A of both triangles create a starting station (red in the picture) where player X (with a ball) and Y start. On A-B side place a ball followed by five poles in a row. On B-C side place four hoops at the beginning and other four at the end of the side. On C-A side place five low hurdles.
- At the starting signal, player X, from vertex A, throws the ball to Y who controls it
- After the control, these two players start their circuits at the same time
- They recover a ball and guide it with a slalom through the poles, then they go to vertex B
- From here, they run within the hoops (B-C side) and then over the hurdles, touching the spaces between them with both feet (C-A side)
- They then come back to the red station, where player Y throws the ball to the opposite red station for player X, who controls it
- Keep full concentration during the drill, using individual technical skills at best
- During ball control, ball touches should be precise and controlled
- Pay attention to coordination skills, movements should be fluid
- A correct technical gesture is more important than execution speed
