Form a playing area of 30x30 meters and divide it into four identical squares (A-B-C-D) of 15x15 meters. Divide the team as shown in the picture: three white and two red players go inside square A, three white and two red players inside B, one red player inside square C and another red one inside square D. Give the ball to one of the white players in A. Six players possess the ball against four opponents who try to conquer it.
- The game starts with a ball possession 3 vs 2 inside square A
- The objective of the team that has the ball is to execute five consecutive passes between them inside the square
- The white team after five consecutive passes changes the game to teammates from square B, and they continue with the same exercise
- If players without the ball recover it, they pass it to a teammate inside squares C or D and then go to the area where they passed the ball, followed by two white opponents that aim to recover the ball and pass it to one of the teammates from A or B. Two red players from square A move to square C while red players inside B go to D
- Free ball touches
- Rotate the players in pairs who try to recover the ball
- The six players that have the ball should perform at least 8-10 consecutive passes with no interceptions to score 1 point. The ball can be passed directly from a square to the other without reaching a minimum number of passes. Both players wit the ball and opponent team should stay inside their zone without invading the other square. So, ball possession can be performed inside squares A and B or C and D
- Do not stand on the same line, guarantee the equilibrium when finishing the combinations
- Always guarantee at least two passing options to the teammate that has the ball
- Players that have the ball, once they pass it, must move to a useful position for the team
- Passes from one square to another must be fast in oder not to lose intensity
- Work on the reaction when players lose the ball, once they lose possession the closest player to the ball presses the opponent while teammates get closer
