- Create 2 teams (4vs4)
- The neutral player helps during the attacking phase of the team with ball possession
- When a pass is performed, players sprint towards the outside of the 30x30 meters area and surround the cone on the perimeter of the 40x40 meters area to then go back and continue with the possession
- Every 10 passes the team scores 1 point
- Take away the neutral player (N1)
- Limit the number of touches to a maximum of 2
- Players must surround both cones on the perimeter of the outer area before going back
- Players performe a backwards race up to the cone, they surround it and then sprint to go back
- Change the areas (Enlarge the area to train long recoveries, reduceit to train sprint and agility)
- Add a second neutral player
- Players must pass the ball and move immediately to sprint towards the cone. Fast reactions
- Communication between the player and the teammates as soon as they goes back into the playing area, in order to favor the passes
- High intensity or players that possess the ball will be on numerical inferiority awaiting the teammates that are coming from the outer area
