Create a pitch of 50x45 meters using markers. In the middle of the short sides of the pitch place a goal. Near both goals create a finishing zone of 15x45 meters. In this way the pitch has three zones. Inside the central zone a ball possession will be played. Divide players into two teams: five red players play against five white ones in the central zone; then both teams place near the opponent's goal, outside the pitch, other two players that will play only during their team's ball possession. Goalkeepers defend the goals.
- To the coach's signal, the team with the ball starts a ball possession 5 vs 5 inside the central zone
- The objective of the team with the ball is to enter the finishing zone and shoot at goal. It is mandatory to perform a through ball in depth towards a teammate in order to enter the finishing zone
- When the team with ball possession enters the finishing zone, the neutral players can support the action entering the pitch. The teams gains numerical superiority (7 vs 5)

- Limit ball touches during ball possession in the central zone (3 at most). Free ball touches inside finishing area
