Create a playing area of 40-45x30-35 meters using markers. In the middle of the short sides place two goals defended by goalkeepers. In the middle of the field place a few cones in a circle (diameter 15 meters). Divide the field in half. Place five players per team inside the field, two forwards inside the opponents' half and three defenders inside the defensive half.
- The teams duel with the aim to shoot at goal
- Play with one constraint: players cannot run inside the central forbidden zone and even the ball cannot pass through it or above it
- If the ball crosses the central zone or a player goes inside of it, the team loses the ball and the game starts back from the opponent's goalkeeper
- Two forwards always stay inside the opponents' half, while other players can move inside the whole field
- Free number of ball touches
- Vary the size of the field
- Vary the number of players and add a neutral player that plays with the team that has the ball
- Limit the number of ball touches
- Observe how players lose their marker
- Pay attention to body posture of players receiving the ball
- Defenders should go inside the opponents' half with the right timing
