- Coordination
- Proprioception
- Individual technique
Based on the position on the circuit, player performs a few exercises linked to the chosen objective:
- COORDINATION: general coordination exercises on the agility ladder, small hurdles, hoops etc.;
- PROPRIOCEPTION: exercises for static or dinamic balance, with eyes closed or open, with or without equipment (balance board, bosu, skimmy, trampoline);
- INDIVIDUAL TECHNIQUE: individual/in pairs/small groups exercises to develop technical skills such as driving the ball, control, pass.
- Adapt space, duration and training load to the age group
- Add more time to each exercise's duration
- Add a series
- Add variants to increase difficulty
- Leave players freedom of choice
- COORDINATION: promote quality of movements, the right core positioning and body posture
