Place six cones inside the playing area simulating the attacking positions of 4-3-3 system, with the central striker lower than the wings. Each player goes near a cone. Ball to player A. The goalkeeper defends the goal.
- Player A passes the ball to player B performing a short-long countermove
- B passes to C first intention with a flank play, while player D overlaps behind player B
- Player C performs a deep pass to player D with the right timing
- Player B attacks the goal
- Player D chooses between shooting or performing an assist for B
After the shot players recover the ball and go back to their position near the cones. After each action, player A swaps side: one action from the left, one from the right. At the end of each series players rotate positions.

- Ball passes should be performed with intensity and technical quality
- Players should shoot at goal first intention
