Inside an area of 25x30 meters create two identical technical stations, parallel to each other, 10 meters distant from each other. Each station has: a starting cone, 5 meters from it five poles at a 1 meter distance from each other, 2 meters away from the last pole there are seven adjacent hoops placed as shown in the picture, at a 5 meter distance from last hoop there's a 1-meter gate made with cones. In front of the gate, 10 meters from it, place a goal of 1.5 meters, then place other two lateral small goals perpendicular to the other two, as shown in the picture; the distance between them is about 20 meters. Players split into two groups of four and go to the two starting points. Each player has a ball.
- The first player of each line, to the coach's signal, starts driving the ball through the poles' slalom
- After the slalom, players pick up the ball and jump with both feet on the hoops
- After the hoops, players place the ball back on the ground and guide it up to the gate
- They stop their ball with their feet and perform a precision shot inside the small frontal goal
- After both players kicked the ball, they enter the area between the gates and the goals
- The coach throws a ball inside the area and the two players duel in a 1 vs 1 situation with the aim to shoot at the opponent's lateral goal
- At the end of the duel, players pick up their ball and go back in line
- Give 1 point to each precision shot inside the small goal
- Give 1 point to the goal scored during the 1 vs 1 duel
- The team that scores more points wins
- Every player should perform at least 6 repetitions
- The slalom on the poles can be performed with the ball in the hands with a sideways run or a backwards run
- Vary the type of jumps to perform on the hoops (using one foot, lateral jumps, alternating feet...)
- Pay attention to the right execution of the motor course (running technique, jumping technique...)
- Pay attention to the technical gesture of the precision shot
- Encourage competition, initiative and fantasy during 1 vs 1
- When players have assimilated the coordination aspects, they should perform the exercise quicker and at a higher pace
