Create a 20x20 meters square using markers. Divide players into two groups and assign a number from 1 to 4 to each player of both teams. Place two balls in the middle of the square. Players place themselves as shown in the picture.
- The coach calls a number (in the picture, number 2)
- Players who had number 2 assigned run to recover the nearest ball and drive it beyond their starting side, stopping the ball just past the line
- Players must drive the ball, and not kick it beyond the line
- The players who does it first gains 1 point for the team
- The team with most points at the end of the series wins
- Players use only one foot to drive the ball (the foot is called together with the number, for example 3 and right foot)
- Place four balls in the square and call two numbers at the same time
- Place one ball inside the square and the players called duel 1 vs 1 to win the ball and then drive it beyond their side
- Stimulate attention and kids' gratification
- Use a simple language to explain the drill
- Create a positive environment during the drill
- Keep the ball near the foot
- Stay over the ball with the bust slighlty inclined
- Player should keep their head up trying to not look at the ball so much
