Create a 44x44-yard playing area. Place two goals, one facing each other on opposite sides of the playing field, as in the picture. Divide the players into two groups (A and B) of five players and place them to the right and left of one goal. Place near the other goal one player on each side (positions S1 and S2). The two goalkeepers defend the goals. Keep a good supply of balls for the players in positions S1 and S2.
- At the coach's signal, player A sprints toward player S1
- Player S1 passes the ball to player A
- Player A passes the ball with one touch to player S1 with a wall pass
- Player S1 returns the ball again to player A, who has meanwhile moved to A1 position toward the center of the field
- Player A performs an oriented control aiming at the goal behind them and finishes with a shot from the distance with the right foot
- Player A, after the conclusion, shoots again by moving to position A2
- Player S2 passes the ball to player A
- Player A shoots at the goal with one touch using the left foot, attacking the ball frontally
- When the sequence is over, player A goes to position S1, while the player who was in position S1 goes to the back of group A in line
- The first player in group B can resume the exercise in the opposite direction while maintaining the same sequence of shooting at the goal
- Each player within the repetition makes two conclusions: one shot per goal
- Group A: first conclusion with the right foot and second one-touch conclusion with the left foot
- Group B: first conclusion with the left foot and second one-touch conclusion with the right foot
- At the end of the first set, switch the starting positions of the two groups
- Mandatory instep kick at goal (power shot)
- Place central posts (or mannequins) in front of the goals, at an appropriate distance, simulating opponents to force players to break away into the free zone
- The player must pay attention to the supporting foot
- The kicking foot must impact the center of the ball with the instep
- The player must keep the gaze on the ball and the torso at a forward angle
- Open arms and the momentum of the arms allow the player to have more stability and balance in the kick
- S1 and S2 players should pass the ball as precisely as possible
- Monitor players' posture when they receive the ball
