Make a square of 1.5 meters using four cones, in front of the square, at about 8 meters make a goal from which the game will begin. At 5 meters, to the right and the left of the square place 2 markers, indicating the position of opponents. Divide players as it is shown in the picture.
- Player A passes the ball to B, who with an oriented control with the left gets out of the square with a single touch towards player C that presses passively
- B changes the direction and goes towards D
- Player B feints D and shoots with the right leg
- After shooting, the player recovers the ball and goes to the line
- The one that has passed the ball becomes the receiver
- The two defenders are fixed and get changed every 2 minutes
- Organize two stations using 18 players. One of the groups plays only with the right leg, except for the oriented control, the other team uses only the right leg
- Execute various feints during the dribbling
- Make players use an specific leg during the dribbling
- Pay special attention to the control of the ball and the execution of the change in direction
- Players must execute the exercise at a constant pace
- Encourage players to end the action with a powerful shot
