Organization
Create a rectangle of 40x50 meters in the middle of the pitch using markers. Divide players into two teams, six against five. On one short side place a goal and on the opposite side create two small goals with cones.
Description
- The team of six players has to score in the goal, the team of five has to score in the small goals made with cones
- Example:
- A1 passes the ball to teammate A2
- A2 tries to combine with A3 through a wall pass in order to create goal opportunities
- A2 shoots at goal
- At the end of the series swap teams
Coaching Points
- Forwards have to receive the ball with their body facing the goal
- Forwards should move without ball in order to create some space
- Work on wall pass
