Create with markers a playing field of 25x15 meters (27x16 yds). In the middle of the two short sides place two goals. The goalkeepers position themselves to defend the two goals. Again with the markers divide the field into three horizontal zones of equal size as in the picture. The first zone, the one where the goal defended by the goalkeeper is positioned, is called zone 1 (low zone), the middle zone of the field is called zone 2, and the area where the goal with the opposing goalkeeper is positioned is called zone 3 (attack zone). In the center zone, at either end, along the sideline, in a central position, form two starting gates (pairs of cones in the picture). The two rows of players position themselves near the two starting gates (as in the picture the whites at the bottom while the reds at the top). One team will start with balls (white forwards at the bottom in the picture), the other team without balls (red defenders at the top in the picture). In zone 2, one yellow player waits for the play to start. The other yellow player waits their turn outside the field.
- White forward passes ball to either goalkeeper of their choice and goes to zone 1 to receive the return pass from the goalkeeper
- Upon receiving the ball, the forward returns it to them and quickly rises to zone 2 central or zone 3 of attack
- Simultaneously the forward lowers to zone 1 to receive the ball from the goalkeeper, the yellow player
- The red player meanwhile has entered the field to defend their own goal (i.e., the goal opposite to the one where the game is developing)
- We have an initial situation of 2 v 1 (white and yellow players v red defending player)
- The goalkeeper in possession of the ball must make a choice as to which of the two forwards to pass the ball to, whether the one who has moved up next to them in zone 1 (yellow player - pass A) or the one who has moved up in zone 2 or 3 (white player - pass B or C). The choice is made based on the position of the defender (red player)
- Once the goalkeeper passes the ball, the defender can immediately tackle their opponent and a 1 v 1 is played with the attacker trying to shoot at goal
- If the defender (red in the picture) recovers the ball, they go and score on the goal defended by the opponent's goalkeeper (the one who initiated the action with the forwards); if they manage to get into zone 1 (low zone), they will play a 1 v 1 against the goalkeeper without the forward being able to counterattack it
- At the end of the action the other three players start, always with the same roles: white forward with ball - yellow forward in central zone without ball - red defender
- At the end of each series reverse the roles and starting positions of the players so that all pairs of players fill the roles of attackers and defenders
- Players have free ball touches available
- When the goalkeeper, in possession of the ball, passes it to one of the two attackers, the other also actively participates in the attacking action in support of their teammate for a 2 v 1 situation for finishing
- Encourage the attacker to receive the return pass from the goalkeeper with an open body posture thus having the best view of the field
- Stimulate the attacker to use dribbling, imagination and resourcefulness in the 1 v 1 duel
- Encourage the player playing 1 v the goalkeeper to seek accuracy and not power in the shot
- Stimulate the defender to take the right positioning
- Encourage the defender to a quick change of attitude when recovering the ball, so as to effectively capitalize on the positive transition phase
- Encourage the goalkeeper to the correct choice in ball transmission (short or deep) based on the position of the defender
